2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers and users of our website.
3. Products
We sell:
- 100% Human Hair Extensions
- Hair Care Products
- Tools & Accessories
We make every effort to display products, colours and descriptions accurately.
However, because our products are made from 100% human hair, natural variations may occur. Hair colour, tone, texture and appearance may vary slightly due to natural raw materials, lighting, phone screens, iPads, computer settings and production processes.
Minor variations shall not be considered defects.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices shown are retail, you must have Hair-Ess Loyalty Status to receive your trade account discounts. This is either automatically applied due to your status, or a discount code is provided upon sign up.
We reserve the right to amend prices, promotions and product availability at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before an order can be processed or dispatched.
We accept payment methods available through our Shopify checkout.
5. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch your goods.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or limit any order where we reasonably believe fraud, unauthorised activity, pricing errors or stock issues may be involved.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a refund will be issued. You must request a refund by email to start the returns process. An order cannot be cancelled once processed, you can cancel an order in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000.
6. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00PM are typically dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 3:00PM, on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery options currently include:
UK Standard Delivery – 3–5 business days – £4.99
Express Delivery – 1–2 business days – £6.99
Next Day Delivery – £13.99 (orders placed before 3PM)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Hair-Ess Luxury Lengths shall not be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, strikes, customs issues or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Click & Collect
Collection is available from our business address.
Customers selecting collection will receive an email notification when their order is ready.
Collections are available Monday to Saturday during business hours only.
Proof of purchase may be required upon collection.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We want customers to be happy with their purchases.
Due to the nature and hygiene requirements of our products:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt
- Products must be unused, unopened, unworn and in original packaging
- Opened, used, tampered with or worn products are non-returnable
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened hair products
Exchanges may be available where approved.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and exchange delivery costs unless the product supplied is faulty or incorrect.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us promptly at:

Evidence such as photographs may be requested to investigate the issue.
Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
10. Hair Care & Product Responsibility
Proper maintenance is essential to the lifespan and performance of human hair extensions.
Hair-Ess Luxury Lengths is not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Incorrect installation
- Improper maintenance or aftercare
- Excessive heat damage
- Chemical processing or colouring
- Use of unsuitable products
- Mishandling or misuse
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use.
Patch testing is recommended where applicable for hair care products.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, branding, product descriptions, photographs, graphics and written materials remain the property of Hair-Ess Luxury Lengths.
No material may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
12. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website unlawfully
- Attempt to interfere with website security
- Copy or misuse website content
- Upload malicious code or harmful software
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.
