Our hair products are made from 100% human hair.


Because human hair is a natural raw material, variations may occur between products.


Minor differences in the following may be expected:

  • Appearance
  • Longevity


Natural variations do not constitute faults or defects.


We make every effort to represent our products accurately; however, screen settings, photography lighting and device displays may affect colour appearance.


2. Hair Colour Disclaimer


Hair colour may vary slightly from images, previous purchases or customer expectations due to the natural characteristics of human hair raw materials.


We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions before ordering.


If you are unsure regarding colour suitability, please contact us before purchase. It is recommended you colour match your client's hair to the Hair-Ess colour ring.

Once products have undergone chemical processing, Hair-Ess Luxury Lengths cannot guarantee outcomes, texture retention, colour results or product lifespan.


Chemically altered products are ineligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

10. Hair Warranty Guarantee


At Hair-Ess Luxury Lengths, we are proud of the quality of our products.


We offer a 12-Month Hair Quality Guarantee on eligible human hair purchases, subject to compliance with our care requirements.


Our guarantee covers a minimum lifespan of 12 months when the following conditions are met:


  • Only Hair-Ess Luxury Lengths aftercare products are used where recommended
  • Correct maintenance and aftercare routines are followed
  • Hair is professionally installed where applicable
  • Heat styling temperatures do not exceed 180°C
  • Products are not chemically damaged, misused or improperly maintained


To submit a warranty or quality claim, customers must provide proof of purchase of Hair-Ess Luxury Lengths aftercare products.


All warranty claims are subject to a thorough product testing and inspection process.


This testing process may include assessment for:


  • Excessive heat damage
  • Use of temperatures above 180°C
  • Chemical processing damage
  • Incorrect maintenance
  • Product misuse
  • Incompatible product usage
  • Improper storage or handling


Our testing process is designed to identify whether the product has been cared for in accordance with our care guidance.


Where inspection indicates misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorised product usage, excessive heat exposure or failure to meet warranty conditions, the warranty claim may be refused.


The Hair-Ess Luxury Lengths guarantee does not cover:

  • Bleaching, colouring, chemical processing or alteration
  • Improper installation or removal
  • Failure to use recommended aftercare products
  • Wear resulting from misuse, neglect or poor maintenance
  • Damage caused by third-party products or treatments
